Dog Training Services Agreement

Benny's Best LLC (referred to as “Trainer”) will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my (referred to as the “Client”) dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. However, the Client understands the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to the Client or others, and consequently the Client is and will remain responsible for the actions of the Client’s dog at all times, and the Client will hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trainer of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused their dog. The Client understands that the recommendation of any other product or service by Trainer is not a guarantee of satisfaction with that product or service. The Client also understands that dogs/puppies not yet vaccinated or fully vaccinated are at higher risk for certain diseases, and that although Trainer will always consider the risk of disease during training, the Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Trainer of any and all claims regarding their dog’s health.

The Client further understands and agrees that Trainer will not be liable for any illness, injury or death of the Client’s dog provided that reasonable care and precautions are followed. The Client hereby releases Trainer of any liability of any kind arising from or as a result of the Client’s dog participating in training with Benny’s Best LLC.

The Client authorizes Trainer to transport/take their dog into public spaces during his/her sessions for the purpose of training the Client’s dog.

I understand that if I fail to comply with the recommendations provided by Trainer, and if, in the judgment of Trainer, my pet poses a risk to any human or other animal, then Trainer has sole discretion to provide a copy of our behavior report to any animal control, public safety, or other agency of jurisdiction, or as required by law.

Owner Commitment: Benny’s Best LLC is committed to helping dogs and their owners through passing along science-based training techniques and principles. These techniques require commitment and consistency from all members of the family in order for the dog to be successful. Training is a full-time commitment for the entire course of a dog’s life. As the owner, I understand that my involvement and commitment to this process is critical to the success of any training sessions that occur. Your Trainer reserves the right to terminate this contract if the owner/s are not cooperating with and/or implementing suggested advice and “homework”.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Benny’s Best LLC for all and any results thereof.
